I had to call ourselves, and the employee told us "did you pay for it at all?", We were somewhat surprised. After checking them, they finally realized that we had placed the order, that it had even been paid for. They threw off the TTN and said to wait. Two days later, it turned out that the goods were out of stock. No one on the website, or live, did not tell us about it. Usually they write "out of stock", or at least check it during the order. They said that on Saturday it will be and they will send. On Saturday and Sunday we were ignored. On Monday in the middle of the day, again the same store employee writes "you should already have the goods." To our response that in the new mail it does not even appear sent, after four hours he checked and did not really send it. As a result, the goods arrived on Tuesday. 6 days went! In any other store they will send you the same day and the next you will have it, and you will not believe it, they will even call you back when you place an order, and even more so if you paid for it! And also - they promised to pay for the delivery for such a delay. And what do you think? Naturally, no one paid for it! Worst experience with a game store in my life, I regularly order a lot of games, but I never go to this store. Save your nerves.
