A terrible place, today on 12/31/2020 I went to the bus station dispatcher, I wanted to change the ticket for another time, this madam manager is always not happy, she opens her window and with an eternally disgusting face, what do you want? She started yelling that she is not when, moreover, she is chatting She's always on the phone, she's crazy, she doesn't know how to communicate with people. The station itself is terrible, dirty, with incompetent staff.

For a taxi to enter the upper platform of the bus station, the guard took 15 hryvnia. Last year they did not take it, taxi drivers could easily call in. Now - either pay 15 hryvnia for 3 minutes of finding a car on the territory of the bus station, or carry things up the stairs. Sucks, not the bus station.
