TriA is the only place where I was finally prompted and eventually helped with a problem related to the non-linear movement of the car, without visible problems with the chassis, after several diagnostics and wheel alignment, including those of the "officials". So I drove here once again to double-check the wheel alignment at the "one more stand". The guys did not refuse, the stand was just being released by another machine. But almost immediately, pulling one nut, I was told that it is worth paying attention to the shock absorber, or its support, even though the previous diagnostics did not show any problems with it. Fortunately, there was a free lift and free hands of Denis, who disassembled / reassembled the front strut, revealing the problem of the shock absorber, which had not been possible to see without removal. Today Mikhail helped replace both front struts and the problem went away. True, I had to make one more wheel alignment adjustment, but this was expected. The most important thing is that now the car runs smoothly and, in general, the handling has improved. As for other services, this service station, I do not know, but for problems with chassis and wheel alignment, I will definitely recommend TriA to my friends! I could see for myself that specialists with direct hands are working here. And the fact that they are trying to help, and not kick off with idiotic recommendations to swap wheels or buy a new set of tires, is also immediately obvious. Therefore, special thanks for the human attitude towards the client! Especially Denis and Mikhail, as well as a young man who checked the wheel alignment (but, unfortunately, I didn’t remember his name), as well as an elderly, gray-haired master who was the first to voice that it was a “walking rack” under load when driving and that you need to remove and watch the shock absorber, its upper support and bearing.

The guys did the front of the vaz 2110, they did it for 2.5 months, they gave it out: the hood did not close, it was painted poorly, the engine protection was on 2 bolts, there were no main beam lights, the near one was not adjusted, the antifreeze ran. I threw in some money, but the exhaust was 0. This became the # 1 service station for me, which I would recommend so as not to go to it! 😒

A car from the USA purchased from TriA in a "new state" after their repair and, as my manager Valery assured me, fully checked, repaired and serviced, in fact turned out to be just hastily prepared for sale. I won't talk much about burnt-out light bulbs, a club-handed installation of wheel arches and the lack of right underbody protection - I saw it when buying and decided: "People seem to be serious, but these little things are not critical." But further ... With the onset of the heat, it turned out that the cooling system was not functioning, the air conditioner was not working due to a freon leak, two months after the purchase, yellow spots appeared on the paintwork, when buying, I asked to change a tire with a dangerous bump - they promised to deliver a high-quality plaster, but as a result, they simply unrolled the tire on the disk (so that it was not visible) and the wheel burst on a bump (fortunately, not on the track). ... But this is so, in little things. Moreover, manager Valeriy reacted very "mentally" to all my calls and visits on these occasions. But further than "ah-ah-ay", "this is not us", "we will solve" the matter went nowhere. Although the most interesting thing became clear when I bought and started putting on new tires. Having removed the caps, I saw that one bolt was missing on the left front wheel. Surprised, to put it mildly. And then OH ... EAT when I saw that on the rear left of the five there are only TWO !!! I went to talk with the leadership of TriA. Result: the director apologized, the manager began to tell me that I needed to review the whole car. Now I think: where else will the problems come out? This is how I bought a car with a guarantee in a new condition from people to whom I said: "If something is wrong, you better tell me. It is better to do something right away." Something like that!

Today I was at the service - I did That on the BMW 118i - I had a lot of questions about adding oil, adjusting the system of the car (since I just bought the car and was not connected with the BMW brand before). The guys showed me everything clearly explained and did it completely. That is very fast and not expensive. I advise everyone to good service ..
