Passed the TO 1, the 2018 Fiat Tipo car. It seemed to me that the specialists here are mid-level. Attitudes towards customers like that. There are two problems with my new car. First, the damper on the stove does not close tightly, which is why the outlet of the deflectors is constantly 8-10 degrees warmer than outside. If +25 in the yard, +35 goes to the salon. Managers say in one voice that it should be, because the air intake for the climate seems to come from a hot MOTOR AGE !!! It no longer climbs into any gate. The master of the ramzone looked at it for a long time, turning it up, closing it, opening the damper, measuring the temperature and saying that it was necessary to COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLE the torpedo to see that damned damper. He noted that during such a procedure, the torpedo mounts are likely to break and then there will be all sorts of other problems (creaking-backlash). HORROR!!!!! It looks like they are seeing a new Fiat Tipo for the first time or wanting a separate payment for a regular warranty repair. The second question on the car, this manitol chaotically loses the flash drive, can not read the files and crashes. They promised to call back, but for almost a month and complete silence. I will wait a little longer and I will write to the head office in Kiev. This attitude towards customers and warranty is not encouraging.
