I wanted to buy a smartphone, I went to the store to hold it in my hands, to feel if I like it. I saw a discounted model and decided to buy it. The salesperson began to wonder at the value on the price tag, as if he didn't work here. When I asked to place a purchase, another seller came up and said that this model was sold. At the same time, neither the phone nor the price tag was removed! I was offered to choose another model without an apology or any offers of compensation. After that, I lost the desire to shop in this store. I will go where customers are treated more respectfully and my work is treated responsibly.
