I absolutely do not recommend. During a pandemic, drivers drive without masks. Previously, it was enough to at least write in the wishes to order "please put on a mask" and the driver was in a mask. Recently, drivers who do not wear a mask on arrival do not accept orders. You leave a response to the driver - zero reaction. Only yesterday I was contacted from a Kyiv number, apologized and promised to resolve the situation. But half an hour later, Vodafone and I got some boredom and started accusing me of slander. Then the driver started calling me to find out the relationship. When I called the previous number and started to find out why the driver was calling me to find out, I was told that the service had no influence on drivers. The service that issues the order has no influence, CARL. For 10 minutes I was told that I was wrong, that I had been deceived about the driver's lack of a mask, and that they could not and would not do anything about the driver calling me on my personal number because they had no influence on drivers. They cannot be forced to wear a mask and are not responsible for their actions. The taxi service is not responsible for the driver who starts calling the personal number to find out. Are you in your right mind? One could tolerate a driver who said that Kovid did not exist and that we used alien technology. You can stand when a VAZ arrives, which crumbles terribly when you place an order for Standard. When you see that in the middle of the night, when you sleep, your service withdraws money from your card without your knowledge. Even a driver who breaks the rules is stopped by the police, and he lies that the passenger was in a hurry to the hospital, so he broke it (I did not go to the hospital until then). But the policy "OUR DRIVERS DO WHAT THEY WANT, AND WE SHOULD NOT AFFECT THEM" is too much. The service is already inadequate. And please do not offer me to support this claim. Already turned and fed up with your pig.

Drivers regularly drive without masks during the pandemic. They do not react to the request in the comments to put on a mask upon arrival to the client. When you send a complaint about a driver to a taxi service, you get accusations of libel, and the driver starts calling his personal number to "figure it out." Today the drivers call to sort it out because the client pointed out his flaw, and tomorrow they will wait at the entrance, knowing the client's address? And the rotten office will stand on the side of the cattle driver and accuse the client of slander? It would be better, instead of bickering and blaming the client, they took care of their "service". Keep your dogs on a leash and learn to behave appropriately. Shame. If you do not want to be guilty for the capital fakap of this office, it is better to avoid it and do not use the services. You have already lost several clients in this situation, so you can say thank you to your managers and drivers.

A car was ordered from the street. Enthusiasts to the street. Youth village Chagor, the dispatcher confirmed the order and indicated the price of UAH 109, after which an SMS came with the same data. When they arrived at their destination, the driver started being rude, demanding UAH 121, and in case of refusal threatened to return a kilometer back. and this is provided that it is already dark, blizzard and on the street -10 degrees. I refused to pay more, after which the driver called the dispatcher to find out why such a price was indicated for the route. after which the dispatcher made a so-called recalculation and sent a new SMS with a price of 121 UAH and this is upon arrival at the destination. Screenshot below. WHAT ABOUT THE ABSURD ?! That is, NEXT TIME THE PRICE WILL BE 1000 UAH AND YOUR DRIVER WILL DEMAND THEM AND THREATEN THEM?
