+ great helpful staff + excellent concierge service, they can provide anything from massage to car insurance :) + thick dimming curtains in the room to sleep in complete darkness + private secured parking + dog are accepted with a small fee per day (1 or 2 euros) + location is out of the city center, but close to a big park - poor cleanliness, I found a bug in the bathroom, then I changed room, but under the bed there was any kind of dirtness: this is not tolerable in a 4* hotel - moreover some removable tiles in the bathroom hide a small compartment to access pipes, that can be a perfect home for bugs - this is a BIG DRAWBACK for this hotel until they decide to renovate bathrooms. - huge and varied breakfast, but with poor quality apart cheese that was quite good.

Very beautiful and cozy hotel! Nice girls at the reception, The most delicious cuisine in the cafe-restaurant! The chef is our respect!

On the plus side, there is a decent hotel in the center at reasonable prices, a delicious buffet breakfast, there is its own parking lot, and they keep it clean. It would be ideal if the visit to the sauna is included in the price. What do you need to get a discount at your hotel?

Friendly staff, good breakfast but the rooms are semi-arid.
