I am very sorry that we opened an account with this bank. The site has not been finalized, when asked why you need to pay taxes by separate payments, the answer is amazing - “Well, other accountants do not complain, only you.” But other accountants are apparently of retirement age and do not understand what it is Nonsense! Why should I then pay for maintaining an account every month if I DO NOT have it? Service in the bank itself is very tight. With such a number of people, there should be at least two cash desks and more terminals with ATMs. Although it is possible that they work as they are paid :)) If you are a legal entity, then in no case open an account in spares.

After receiving the coupons on the queue at the entrance to the department - I had to wait 50 minutes to get to a specialist who served another 16 minutes Be prepared to spend more than an hour simply opening the card! While waiting, you will hear the rude voice of the administrator, who clearly exceeds his authority to the client and pushes them in any movement around the hall !!! A good marketing team worked with the bank, but it would be better to work with staff training specialists with an emphasis on the attitude to the client !!!

Terrible bank with a boorish concept to work with clients. During the quarantine, a circus with bank cards was set up. They make a crazy crowd. The replacement of the cards was a terrible problem. They made glamorous departments and forgot about the number of managers.
