We turned to this travel agency with a request to pick up a tour to Egypt. The stay was just wonderful. All wishes for accommodation, entertainment, food were taken into account. The price is affordable. We even got a discount. Documents for the train were prepared in advance. No problems with the flight and accommodation. We went with a company of girls, everyone really liked it. The hotel is wonderful, in the territory of a water park, a disco. There was a round-the-clock bar, where even at night you could have something to eat and drink, including alcoholic beverages. The manager several times before departure and after arrival called asked whether everything was in order. Service level.

Have rested with "Idea Tour" more than once. They have always been very satisfied - everything is quality, professional, individual approach to each client. I liked that the ticket is picked up by girls not like other travel agencies (copied from search and everything), but analyzes the needs of the client, examines the market of offers and selects exactly what the client needs. All questions from A to Z are always provided with professional answers. As they say - "no nuances". Appeared to the Idea Tour for a holiday with a young child. We were very quickly picked up a classy tour in Turkey, taking into account all our wishes and kept in touch with us throughout the holiday. There were pleasant impressions of communication, efficiency and professionalism of the Idea-Tour employees. The flight is wonderful, the sea is clean and warm, good food, beautiful hotel area, friendly staff, every night various interesting show programs. This year we also plan to use the services of this travel agency.
