Ordered kitten food a few days ago. After ordering, almost immediately I received a message in Viber confirming the order and later received meaningful answers to all questions. Today I received the order - everything arrived intact and undamaged, very neatly packed - it's nice that the team cares about the condition of the goods to the customer, for me it's important. Very strange service. However, this should not be surprising if you know that it works on Prom (but I did not know () I wasted my afternoon by placing an order on certain conditions, which are supposedly provided on the site during registration, but not in reality. In addition, communication fails. For several hours I did not receive any useful information (spam messages from Prom are considered informative with the sign -). Only then did they call me, but they spoke a foreign language, as if I had and had to understand ALL of them. In short, I still have a lot on my mind at the moment, but all this is easier to express with exclamations and obscene language than with decent language. So - I do not recommend.

Made the first order in this store. I liked the prompt service. I ordered food for puppies promotional 15 + 3 kg. as a gift. The order was fulfilled in three days, including delivery. The product is very well packaged without damage (unlike some other sellers). They offered a good discount, so I ordered the same food only for adult dogs. I recommend. Mykhailo.
