Disgusting office! It seems everything is calm, there are few visitors, but you spend a lot of time there! For some reason, the managers receiving the clients ALWAYS work, how many times I have not visited, ONE. The rest are sitting, walking around the room, talking on the phone, anything, but do not work with visitors. I ended my deposit, I went there three times, and I still can’t get a renewal agreement and a new card, because that poor only working girl took one (and only) visitor for more than half an hour, and when asked for how long, she shrugged and answered "about ten minutes." To the question why only one person leads the reception, the answer was: the second at dinner (at 15 o’clock!) I haven’t seen such an indifferent attitude towards clients in any bank, even in Privat, where there are always a lot of visitors, they work quickly, clearly, and so much time you don’t spend there. And then there’s an empty room, and you’re sitting and waiting. In the end, I can’t stand it and leave, because sorry for the time to lose. And this generally doesn’t burn me, and if a person needs to urgently solve the problem, then how much time and nerves need to be spent! In short, the bank is shovel, I will not contact him anymore, and I do not advise anyone. Although you still have to go to the FOURTH time on the same issue. Disgusting office!

It is impossible to exchange money (I work hard, I applied several times at different times, but the situation is unchanged! Cashiers - russians! Horror! The city center is disappointing!
