I am simply amazed at the incompetence of the bank's specialists !! It feels like people are completely out of place. It does not pull on my head when a specialist asks the client a question like: "How can I do this?" Like, what do you mean? Seriously? Are you asking me this ??? You sit in line for three hours and end up like this ... Alla, go to refresher courses !! They also allow themselves to make rude remarks to the client !!
