They refused to exchange currency. Recognized entirely convertible currency as unfit. I quote the cashier "she is spoiled for you" very informatively, and also pleased with the answer to the question "what should I do?" "You see what they give you!"

Not a bank, but a nightmare, if you received a card in another city, then in Cherkassy they will not help in almost any problem, so that they can transfer money to the card, they need to be told the date of issue of the card! And they wanted to put money on the deposit in foreign currency, they did not take it, they said go change it (in Privat they took it with hands and feet) And separately this is their call center, rude and rude, without understanding the problem immediately blocks the card.
