I'm changing my review! A week ago I was in this bank and was terribly unhappy. I sat for an hour and a half in line with a bank employee (a girl at a table). Today I visited this branch of the bank at 13:15 and was pleasantly surprised. There was no line! I generally was one of the clients. Quickly and efficiently served and answered all my questions! :)

ATTENTION! Faced with fraudulent actions by the cashier Fesenko Olena Anatolyevna when buying dollars: 1. Required a passport (06/21/2020 long ago canceled a passport for exchange!) 2. Took 30 UAH. for insurance, although I did not ask and did not agree 3. I didn’t want to return the money, motivating me with the fact that now it’s the only way to buy currency, and it’s like she already conducted the operation. I AM DISAPPOINTED BY SERVICE AND LYCEPERIA Fesenko Olena, I will advise everyone I know not to get involved with OSCHADBANK, KEEP FAR AWAY !!

I sent my grandmother to pay a rent to the bank, they took money from the grandmother for insurance 30 UAH and did not tell her, a trifle, but it's not fair. Cashier Fesenko Olena you are not a decent person! Not recommend

Fesenko Olena Anatolyevna fraudulently forced a pensioner to buy insurance without telling him, she simply withdrew the money. Thanks to the kind people who interceded and made the fraudster return everything. You must be ashamed!
