I go to the center on "Kharkovskaya". I already took the 3rd year. Very pleased with the result. The instructors are very attentive, adjust the exercises for me (I have some problems with the joints), give tips, help. Moreover, all of the instructors she did not work with are all specialists in their field: Marina, Slava, Sasha, and Ksenia .... Administrator Anna is also a very friendly girl. If you need a consultation, you do not need to wait for it to be recorded, Epifanio always finds time to listen, prompt, change the program. And it happened that the program was changed every other day, until they picked up what gave the effect. So, I recommend)))

I am glad that I fell into the hands of these specialists! There were back pains, in a month and a half the pain was gone! Thanks a lot to the experts! And training is always fun and productive!
