The department is just awful! It all started when he came to the branch to open a legal account. faces, had to wait 40 minutes. At the same time, initially a bank employee said that he would have to wait 10 (ten!) Minutes. It was then that it was worth going home. But no, they decided to give a second chance to the separation (well, you never know, there are also sea-majeure circumstances). What we regretted a thousand times! For a month we have not been able to open an account, then the manager cannot submit an application for opening an account, then he cannot make the appropriate changes to it. At the same time, he does not answer phone calls. You can contact a specialist (and this, for a minute, the head of the department!) You can only leave a complaint on the hotline. If the head of the department has such an attitude towards clients, then what can you expect from ordinary employees. In general, if nerves and time are dear to you, choose another bank branch, or better, another bank altogether.
