I made an appointment for a meeting on January 11 at 12:30 at the branch at 20A Shovkovychna Street, told the bank employee that I had been asked to wait. Waited 30 minutes !!!! Why make an online recording if it's your turn? A bank employee said that two people have been registered so far, but only one person has worked with individuals. As a result, the mood is spoiled.
