I do not recommend it. Customer service managers are incompetent. Their only answer is to call the hotline. At the checkout you can stand for 40 minutes. The cashier cannot find the card of the same bank in their own system. Says - does not show. Naturally, no operations are possible. I decided to close the card and account in this bank. I wrote a statement, they accepted, they said they would close it in 45 days. I went in several times, was interested, they didn’t close it. 3 months have passed. I called the hotline. The account is open. Complained. I called back from the department - they invited me to come up and write a statement ... trash ...

Came 17:40, stood, looked through the closed door. I saw a lady gathering there (dressed in outer clothing), looked again, attracting attention to herself. Looking around me, she continued to do her own thing. As a result, I decided to take a picture of time and their schedule. After work, do not get into the bank. They work strangely, do not write anything, do not inform or even deign to hint somehow, a complete ignore. Monobank! You can lose customers because of such a partner. I will add a second review, it is a pity it is impossible to separate. I went to pick up the deposit again. Sent to the cash desk on the street, asking for the amount and currency. He stood in line on the street, having waited his turn, it turned out that they were not given out at this box office. Well, it's not scary, the snow and rain were fine, there was no visor or canopy, but I did not manage to get wet. But then he warmed up inside near another box office.

A very picky cashier, it is impossible to replenish a dollar card, only ideal banknotes are accepted.

The bank works until 16:00 and one cash desk itself works until 15:30; I do not advise you to come on Saturday the line is just awful!
