Once again I want to express my negative attitude to the procedure of opening an account in your bank. I opened accounts in other banks twice and there was no such insult. And today I also opened an account and everything turned out for 30 minutes. It was not inappropriate to ask about suppliers, territories and so on. How can I take the territory without an account ?! Nobody offered me to fill in the questionnaires by hand. Why do you have computers ?! Do you still live in the Soviet Union? I lost 1.5 hours of time in the office, 1.5 hours on the road, money for gasoline for cars and those lost money that I did not earn wasting time with you. This is horror.

The checkout does not warn about a huge commission if you pay for something through their terminal. Update - there is no point in writing a feedback form. you are not responding / changing processes

a bank branch in which on a weekday from the entire state there is 1 "manager" of post-retirement age who cannot clearly tell you whether he is busy, whether he will have a client or not, and whether it makes sense for you to just sit around waiting for an unlimited amount of time ... and the guard is trying to mow under the manager: D I will summarize: the bottom of the bank (most likely), the employees of this department (why not retired but in the bank?)
