Disgusting store! We ordered books as a New Year's gift on Wednesday (23.12), they said the delivery would be on Monday (28.12). And when, half a day later, we called to find out when the delivery would be, we were told that the books were on the road and would be after the new year, and, of course, no one was going to inform us about this. How can you handle orders and customers ?! I do not think that you will last long with such a "service"

Моя история это вообще о полном неуважении к клиенту. Сделала заказ в ноябре 2020 года. Сообщив о том что это мне для подружки на Новый год. Сказали книга с Росии будет через месяц. Вот уже весна началась 2021 года, ни книги, ни уведомления, ни извините. Каждый месяц я звонила и мне что то новое обещали. НИКОГДА не берите здесь книги. Лучше обратиться в сервис печати, если редкий экземпляр чем такое обращение как в этой "компании".
