Great variety of books for English learners. The only sad thing is that the prices match those in the UK. The shop assistant was friendly and helpful.

Best English-language books selection in Kyiv's center. Books are quite pricey. The service/cashiers are beneath criticism - always incredibly slow & unsure, like beginners; gathering queues, especially at weekends; with often-not-working [payment] terminal.

Good choice of books in English and study books in different languages.

We ordered the book on the Boolking website. When we made the order, we explained to the bookstore operator that we need it as soon as possible. Accordingly, we chose courier delivery (the book should have been delivered to the address indicated by us the next day). As a result, the book was sent altogether to another branch of the New Mail (and not by courier delivery). They called to find out in the bookstore what kind of situation it was .. They apologized to us and said that they would find out what could be done in this situation. Nobody called, and the next day we drove to the other end of the city to the new post office, where our book had arrived, and it turned out that we had made a readdressing to the address we needed, but already on Monday .. I turn to the Bookling management, who are you dialing on work? Who in your company provides training for customer service personnel? How do you control this at all? I will not order anything else from you ..

Nice staff, lots of English literature. I was looking for a gift for a friend, I was about to leave, not finding the right gift. But a girl turned to me and helped with the choice. A friend liked the book!
