They were delivered to the port of Odessa in 2 months, quickly made repairs at their station. I took it in Kiev, I liked everything, the only thing was the battery was discharged, but I quickly eliminated this minus. I'm glad I turned, a proven company.

I decided to buy a car from America a long time ago (October 2019), but at first I did not decide on a specific brand, model and final price.
At first I wanted to "price", to analyze the proposals, to understand what I really want and how much all "IT" will cost.
On the Internet "threw" advertising "AmericanAuto", to which he drew attention:
- quick selection of several cars of different price categories;
- selection of the optimal option;
- consultation of the sales manager on all questions.
I decided to leave my contact, it was Friday night.
On Saturday, around 10 am, the manager Dmytro called back and asked if it was convenient for me to talk to him on the weekend about car selection. I was uncomfortable at the time and offered to contact you later.
Exactly at the time we agreed, Dmitry called, it was nice, as for the beginning of "cooperation".
They talked about different options for cars, different price categories, the manager focused on the most advantageous offers at the time.
Stopped at several brands and models; on the Monday after the 9th I already had specific suggestions. It worked efficiently and quickly.
For several weeks, Dmitry offered options for my requirements, which changed quite often. Often because I was not completely determined by the specific car and the price I would like to buy. Apparently, at first it looked like I was just "fooling my head" ...)))
At the same time, I never talked about paying a certain amount of money, which pleasantly surprised me.
Having thoroughly studied the proposals, I realized that I do not yet have the opportunity to buy what I like and decided to take a break for a few months; about what and reported to Dmitry.
I liked the reaction of the manager, who asked me if it would be possible to "well, the most interesting proposals, he will still send me ...))); of course I agreed.
With a certain frequency, I received from Dmitry, really interesting cars, and sometimes even duplicated the call to tell in more detail about the proposed car.
At the end of March, I returned to actively considering offers to buy a car.
Every day we talked several times about different options.
I paid the $ 500 fee only on the day of my first auction.
I found and offered many options myself, but the vast majority of them were not recommended for me to buy for one reason or another. At first, I was even annoyed, but later I realized how much it is right not to take risks if something is wrong with the seller or the car itself.
It was nice when Dmytro did not recommend placing too high a bid on the car, he called me in the evening an hour before the auction, where we analyzed our selected cars, bids and checks on "CarFax".
Later, at the end of May, we bought a car that I liked - a 2018 Ford Explorer, at the suggestion of "BY NOW". It was a day off, but everything was done as quickly as possible (check "CarFax", inspection of the photo by auto service technicians, an approximate assessment of the repair, and the purchase itself).
All agreements on car photos from ports, "tracking" and everything else were fulfilled unconditionally and on time. At the same time there was constant information from the logistics manager Alona, for which she is also grateful.))
The car arrived in the port of Odessa on time, customs clearance was carried out the day after I made all payments. I took the car the next day, while Dmitry consulted on all issues that I had with this procedure. I was offered car delivery and repair at the AmericanAuto service station, but I decided to do it on my own (I added a photo from the customs terminal and after unloading before the repair).
Today I finished all the procedures with the repair and registration of the car, so I can once again thank the company that helped me with the choice and purchase of the car and personally the manager Dmitry!
I also say that I have recommended and recommend this company to many of my friends and acquaintances, and I think that perhaps some of them have already bought a car with the help of AmericanAuto.

I decided to drive the car with the help of this company. The car was delivered on time, the first impression when inspecting the car was good, but when I began to look closely, a bunch of flaws were revealed, and all this costs money. I will not definitely recommend it to friends and acquaintances. I am disappointed.
I was looking for a Ford Escape from the USA, I decided to use the services of AmericanAvto (because there seem to be normal reviews, but there is a video on youtube).
The deposit was delivered to the office on May 13, I was led by the manager Dmitry, he answered all the questions quickly enough satisfied with his work. Won a car 19.05 photos from the US port received 27.05. The car arrived in the port of Odessa without delay, cleared customs quickly enough, received a photo from Odessa on 09.07.
Selection of spare parts and repairs were done at the company's service station in Odessa.
The service station is managed by the manager Oleksandr, I didn't like that he promises to send something today and doesn't send it (he doesn't warn that he doesn't have time), you need to constantly remind yourself, you can't always call.
Manager Mykhailo selected spare parts, did everything quickly enough, answered all questions, gave advice - he was satisfied with his work.
According to the service station, it was painted and repaired quite well. Remnot came out more expensive at + - 1.5k than originally planned and ended on 18.08. I recommend to come to the deficit in person so that there are no unnecessary questions about the parts that came from the car.
Certification and accounting was done through AmericanAvto, everything was done quite quickly (led by manager Alexander, worked well here).
Overall satisfied.
To avoid embarrassment I recommend:
- to add + - 1.5 k to the preliminary assessment of repair
- to add + - 5 days to the sounding terms
- to arrive in person for the defect
