Why is the vodafone app exclusive to Ukraine ? Can't a random turist come to Ukraine and buy a simcard and want to check the balance? So bad I understand it's not the store that's the problem, yah I don't care fix it and I ll fix this. Yah that's right I am writing to all of them fix it

Good if you come from abroad and need a prepaid sim card. Super cheap and good service. They speak English there!
