(( When asked what to do because the money has already been paid, I was told: we can't help anything, make a refund! Since this procedure in our company is not very simple - I decided to decide differently! Called from another number in Citrus and I am told that the phone is, and not in one store, though a shop window option, and the price for some reason is already 15999 (( Although we could offer a showcase option earlier, not a refund ... Since my bill had already been paid, it was agreed that they would give the showcase version for 15,000. It's been 4 days, finally on the weekend there was an opportunity to pick up the phone - the phone, and I am told: your phone has already been sold, and offer a refund ((( I'm just impressed with this customer service, and how they do it! For me and my friends, the Citrus store no longer exists, I have already told this story to all my friends and everyone is shocked!

Boorish attitude towards customers, you also explain that not all people have the opportunity to buy a new phone or they do not want to buy a new one because they are satisfied with it. Since I was from Lviv, the idea of ​​the city immediately deteriorated!

Scammers, to my surprise. I ordered a Huawei Watch watch in the online store. The next day they called and said that the watch was out of stock, although the website states otherwise. At the same time, the support officer said that this means 3 display cases located in Odessa. Accordingly, if I lived in Odessa, I would receive a display case at the price of a new, packed one. So I lost a lot of my time; be aware that the information on the site will not always be reliable, while the watch continues to be there as “in stock”. On the phone, the employee spoke in an absolutely boorish tone, there were very unpleasant impressions. The recording of the entire telephone conversation is available, I will contact the department for consumer protection. I highly recommend not to waste your time on this office, since there are enough adequate competitors.

rude sellers, poor quality of Chinese goods, high prices - there is nothing more to add. Don't buy anything in citrus! Wouldn't recommend Citrus to anyone!
