AWFUL AWFUL company. Do not do business with them. I was in Ukraine in early March. I was supposed to be there from March 7th, 2020 to March 14th, 2020. I had a tour scheduled with this company for March 12th, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States announced travel restrictions between the USA and Europe that took effect at midnight on March 12/13 and my flight on the 14th was cancelled. There would still be some limited flights for US citizens, but prices for those flights had risen exponentially to an amount that I could not afford. That meant I immediately had to arrange travel back to the US before that time, and therefore had to miss the tour I had booked with this company. I had other tours scheduled for my time there and I contacted all of them letting them know my situation, and none of them hesitated to give me a refund due to these crazy circumstances. EXCEPT Wonders & Holidays. They refused to be understanding in any way, even though the whole world was shutting down. Their excuse for not issuing me a refund was that Ukraine did not go on quarantine until March 17th. I don't live in Ukraine, I live in the USA and therefore had to abide by my home county's travel restrictions. It was not my choice to leave early, as if I hadn't, who knows when I would have been able to return home. Do not give them your business, there are several other companies who will do their best to take care of you, unlike Wonders & Holidays. Response to the company's comment: I contacted them the day before the tour was supposed to happen to let them know that my flight had been rebooked due to the travel restrictions in the USA, and they refused a refund.

Last week I went to the mysterious trip to Chernobyl. Thanks, Wonders and Holidays, for interesting knowledge and good organization! It was exciting and I made a lot of photos of technical objects and park.

My girlfriend and I were on the blue lakes on the weekend. The beach is like the best resorts. Clean sand, clear water, and the heady smell of pine needles. We also visited the nature park and looked at tarpans. We were accompanied by a guide and told a lot of interesting things. In general, we are grateful for the organization of the weekend. We would not have received so many impressions on our own.

I was 12 years old when the Chernobyl explosion took place. And now, thanks to Wonders & Holidays, I have been able to visit these places and get acquainted with the tragic page of our history. The organization is at the highest level, real professionals of sightseeing tours work.

The family went on a tour of the Blue Lake and Bermitske Park, had a great rest, clean air and water, delicious food. Thank you for a well-organized holiday. We liked it.
