Changed the hotel without warning, already on arrival put before the fact - instead of the hotel on the first line settled far from the sea, spoiling us with two young children all the rest. Meeting up at the bus agent Join Up in Turkey lied that our hotel, which we purposely chose a month, no longer cooperate, there were many bad reviews. Calling to Kiev, it turned out that the hotel was not broken by the contract, it is just overcrowded, i.e. our places were resold, and settled in a free hotel worse (because in Turkey holidays and hotels are crowded with local). On the hot line we first picked up the phone, then remembered our number and did not take the phone to solve the issue. I had to solve the problem through the consul. Instead of rest, there was a complete hassle. Departure was also postponed to late, it turned out very uncomfortable, the hotel arrived at one o'clock in the morning, having lost the day of rest! I'm already silent, how the children were suffering. More in Join Up No Feet. We were lucky that the plane did not break down and did not get stuck in the airport. Our friends stayed there for twenty-four hours in anticipation of an airplane.

Bastards dishonoring Ukraine! "Constant problems!" - this will be the answer in the help of any airport. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews beforehand. I could not imagine that there could be such a tin! - Burn you in hell!

2 weeks ago we had a rest with my husband in Egypt on the tours of this agency ... I really liked the rest, they picked up a chic hotel, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean, every day they cleaned the room. We got a lot of pleasure) Thanks to this agency for such a tour!
