About travel agency "Artex 94" I have only positive impressions. This winter I was on the All Aosta ski tour, I liked it very much. We visited 5 ski resorts right away and it's cool. Everything was thought out and organized very well. Living conditions in all hotels are quite decent. Loved the Olympic Hotel in San Vincent. Thanks to all the organizers of the tour! Special thanks to Dima Belyaev, our guide, Tanya Lyubchenko, who sent me on this tour, as well as to our reliable drivers Yuri and Pasha. All are professionals and just nice people. I decided to send the child with friends on a tour. The manager Julia for several days did not take the phone and did not answer the missed ones. Then she advised me and asked me to quickly make a decision. I answered in 30 minutes, she didn’t answer for a day, didn’t call back, was “at dinner,” the next day she wrote at 11 am that there was a place, I confirmed it the second time. By dinner, she replied that there were no seats. In general, no accessibility, no professionalism, no understandability, no apology. The disgusting feeling of the answers in the style of "had to be solved earlier," we have been driving for so many years, "these are your problems." I am very disgusted that people think that they do not need to care about the client or at least somehow respect him.

I wanted to fly to Ireland, I say - I have a GB visa. They answer, oh, we do not know what your visa is there ... We need to call, clarify, watch, check. And I, apparently, had to persuade them to do it. I did not want to persuade. That cooperation is over.
