Responsibility is zero! Horror!!! I ordered a book for my child 2.11. with the expectation that 10.11 should already come, as the site consultant assured! As a result, on 6.11 I called for half a day, and did not get through, only 8.11 was able to get through. The consultant assured that they sent on 6.11, the invoice was dropped two days later, I could not track the parcel for a day, they say there is no mail in the database, and only on 10.11 (on the child's birthday) I tracked it, and the horror that I see, only 10.11 the parcel arrived at the department !!! !!! The child was left without a birthday present !!!!!!!
