Ordered a set. The courier said it would be in 10 minutes, arrived in 40 minutes. At the order 5 pairs of sticks were ordered. When opened there was only one pair (((((Low level service!

This is some kind of nightmare. Customer care is on top. On February 14 at 20:00 we ordered a set on the site. They wrote to us that your order was accepted. But at the same time, they did not call back and did not specify anything. We also thought it was somehow strange. We tried to call them ... We got to the voice messages: "if you want a consultation, press the number 3 ... And ... Just music for 5 minutes ... And then, you are 28 in the queue, wait ... We waited and the call was simply dropped ". We wrote in parallel back to Direct in instu ... Also silence ... 1.5 hours after ordering, a message came that alas ... But they cannot help us, because they have a blockage. The question is: why couldn't it be done right away? As a result, sushi was ordered in Krope, but at 22:00. Spoiled holiday, thank you for that. I do not recommend it to anyone

Awfully long delivery time! We made a preliminary order for a certain time, but as a result, there is no delivery for an hour, it is impossible to get through to all operators, managers are busy. 😡😡😡
