Aggressive marketing by two female employees of this center. They stand outside and brazenly block the entrance to the questionnaire submission point, stating that first you need to go to them and check the documents. While it was brought to their meager mind that we did not need a document check, precious time was lost. After they submitted the documents and went out into the street, they again stuck to my husband and me, demanding that he go and take photographs in their center. When asked how they know that the husband was sent a second ago to look for photographs and convey them, they could not clearly answer. They stand close, breathe in the face, I even checked my bag and pockets after them, they rub around very suspiciously. I'm not talking about social distance during a pandemic. I had to shout to move away and not climb, in an amicable way people just do not understand.

Not the first time, everything is fast and polite staff, but there is no place to take a photo, but there is a company nearby that deals with paperwork.

In general, everything went well (documents were submitted), except for a few shortcomings: 1. On the official site, the address is incorrect (I attach a photo) 2. People are freezing under the door on the street (quarantine is to blame for everything, but then in general winter is coming ..) 3. A girl-operator without my knowledge, without question knocked out a receipt for payment of SMS + delivery (and this is + 50-70 UAH).

I am very satisfied with the services of this visa center. I liked everything: the location, and attentive attitude to customer requests, and prompt assistance. I definitely recommend it!
