The translator does not know how to correctly translate the terms and simply took the meanings from the dictionary. In technical translation, a dictionary is not a very good helper. Words have many meanings: open multitran and try to find a word with only one translation. This is not an easy task. True? The translator needs at least to understand the essence of the text. Do not take complex orders if you do not know how to execute the translation correctly.
