The deer are not competent. They took money for refilling the cartridge and replacing the chip. The chip was not replaced, the caric was shaken, not riveted, they spat on the glue, it disintegrated while driving home. Have fallen into stupid frost. I do not recommend contacting them. (upd) I'm very sorry, I'm your clients, I'm very sorry that I didn't read the reviews before contacting me and I'm very sorry that I waited for two whole weeks - I hoped for decency, I thought they would still call, as promised after the next contact ... 130 UAH - it was agreed, including for the chip, which was specified several times both by phone and in person. Well, no one, of course, did not call me - not several times, not one ... The only question remained: where are the commas?

The simplest operation of refilling a printer cartridge turned out to be a problem for me. Removing minor streaks during printing has turned into copious stains on the paper. Re-contacting the company was even more disappointing. The print quality has deteriorated even more. Although I was assured that everything would be fine. Wasted time and cartridge in the trash, the result of a visit to the workshop. Bypass such masters by the 10th road.

A small story about how they broke my laptop keyboard in Integral, and made a fool of me. As a gift I got an HP laptop, in which the cooler was making a lot of noise. I changed the cooler to a new one, but in the process I noticed that the latch on the keyboard slot was broken and the keyboard cable was fixed with adhesive tape to the motherboard, when I peeled off this tape, one antenna bent on the slot. The keyboard itself was fully functional, I checked it several times before replacing the cooler. All the buttons, the cable is intact, except that there were no pairs of latches on which it was attached to the case. Naturally, with a bent antennae on the nest, the keyboard did not work anymore. About a week ago, my girlfriend took the laptop to Integral to repair the socket, so that it could be replaced, since soldering such small parts requires special skills. The employees of this institution took advantage of the situation that the girl absolutely did not understand such issues, the laptop was accepted, WITHOUT carrying out any diagnostics, WITHOUT announcing the cost and list of necessary work, WITHOUT issuing a fiscal receipt, WITHOUT issuing any official document provided for by law on accepting the laptop for repair ... All they gave her was a business card with handwritten numbers and said we'll call you soon, we'll tell you everything. In the evening of the same day, the alleged master called and said that the breakdown was in a non-working socket for the keyboard, you need to solder a new one, it would cost 300 UAH in the district, the girl agreed. The next day, this master called again, supposedly he soldered some kind of socket, but it does not quite fit and you need to order and solder another, they say, wait. A week has passed, the girl is already calling herself and then they tell her, but your keyboard does not work, you have another 400 UAH for replacing it. In general, today we came with her to find out how this happens. Despite the fact that I spoke politely, JAMLO, which met us at the entrance, began to tell stories that it was impossible to check the keyboard's performance at all, but now it was plugged into the socket and now it does not work, pay 400 UAH and we will change it. Then JAMLO called the repairman, a man came and announced that the man who was working on the laptop was sick and was in intensive care, and he was just finishing his work. I explained the situation to him calmly and politely, in response he began to SCREAM that we do not understand anything, he checked the tracks on the keyboard cable with a tester and it does not work. I have a question for Integral, ALWAYS and EVERYWHERE when a person brings equipment for repair, diagnostics is carried out, the list and essence of malfunctions, the cost of their elimination are announced. Then the customer pays for all services, including diagnostics, a fiscal receipt and a document confirming the acceptance of equipment for repair are issued. I conclude that this basement eatery evades paying taxes to the state treasury and brazenly bred millet into gullible clients for money. The girl brought a laptop with a non-working socket for repair, but a working keyboard, the master disassembled the laptop and confirmed that it was the socket that was not working properly, there was not even a hint of a malfunction of the keyboard itself. And a week later, these scammers have already come up with a cunning scheme for making this girl money. They broke the keyboard, and I didn't understand the loop itself or something inside, since the "master" was constantly confused about what he was saying, and his colleague HAMLO generally argued that it was impossible to test the keyboard's performance. If you cannot even carry out diagnostics, tell them right away and no one will hand over the device to you for repair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to contact this PRITON to boors who not only DO NOT SUBMIT your technique, but also BREAK it, and make you guilty. These people are not afraid of scandals, they are not afraid of the police because they know that officially they are not giving you any documents, you WILL NOT PROVE ANYTHING to them. The story ended with the fact that I asked the master to collect the laptop and give it to us so that we could turn to another place. I still had to insist that the laptop be turned on and checked if it works. P.S. If I had broken the keyboard, your "certified" master would have checked the laptop when he received it and said about it right away ...
