It so happened that recently our family is making purchases more often at KOMFI. We bought a laptop a month ago. They also paid for (and installed) windows 10. Everything works fine, including with a printer. But there was a problem with the scanner. His laptop does not see, although native drivers were used. We brought all the equipment to Comfi (at the FACTORY), and there the specialists explained to us that windows 10 is specially designed so that only modern scanners of the latest models will see (as a rule, where 3 in 1 is a photocopy, printer, scanner). Nevertheless, we were not abandoned. We started looking for a solution to our problem on the Internet and after 30 minutes we solved it. I would like to thank the guys for their not indifference, attention to customers and high professionalism. In your store, we feel protected as customers. This attitude creates trust in the store. Review not specifically for this store, but for the entire network. Better not to take anything there, then you won't get any problems. In my case, the order was paid, but no one knows where the order is. The blame is only shifted onto others and information is passed on somewhere.

If we talk about the entire Comfi network, then, in general, it is a worthy retailer, it is very comfortable for a legal entity to work by bank transfer. Specifically, the store on the street. Zalaegerszeg, "Fabrika" shopping center - I don't go to other similar ones, except for price comparison. There are, of course, some drawbacks, but this has more to do with the personality of individual workers.

A strange practice of paying for a non-existent product. They came to buy a tablet, not available, the seller said, pay the full price today, and tomorrow you can come and pick it up. It's amazing how I had to pay for goods in an offline store, which I can't even hold in my hands and inspect.

The goods we needed were not in the desired color, I didn’t quite like it, at first they offered to pay the full price, and then they would pick up the goods themselves after they were brought ... something like that ... there was still an impression, that sales consultants don’t understand - in that product - which they sell, they choose a phone for mom, they asked which one is better - the level of protection - water resistance, so the seller stupidly began to read the technical specifications from the box, as if he had passed by , and it doesn’t work here, well 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ ...
