I have been a customer of this store for many years, only in the last year I have bought 4 phones, not to mention every little thing. I was always very pleased with both the staff and the range until yesterday. I had to deal with a problem that constantly knocked out my phone, not allowing it to work. The staff was very rude, at first they said that this service would cost me 400 UAH, then they said that I am not the first to come up with this problem today and that everything needs to be reset to factory settings and generally take him to the service center, but there you will soon all will not help, it's easier to buy a new one. The phone was bought for almost 10 thousand. with the installed antivirus program, under warranty, carry YOURSELF?!?! because we will have it for a long time?!?! How shoud I understand this??? The biggest disappointment was a little later, when I went to another store, I solved this problem in 15 minutes.

I purchased the goods, used it for half a year, found a defect: black bars appeared on the screen. The phone was still under warranty, I contacted Cybernetics service center and sent the phone to Odessa for repair. Within two weeks, they diagnosed the phone, the defect was confirmed, Iphone was replaced with a new one. I was satisfied with the service, constant and quick feedback, I recommend it! Apple 7+
