I was denied payment of a 50-hryvnia banknote due to its "wear and tear", namely: "We have new rules, we do not take such money ...". According to the resolution of the NBU from 15.12.04 # 637 all peninsulas are OBLIGED to accept WITHOUT LIMITATIONS banknotes and coins issued by the NBU regardless of their wear. I understand that there is no book of complaints in the store, because they could not find it. Shop "Chistyulya", your rules are against the law. Out of curiosity, I went to another store and what ?! Right!!!! No problems accepted the bill, calculated and everything is fine. (The bill was the most common, which "goes" to every Ukrainian in his wallet)
