The bank employees are not competent. This is the first time I come across the fact that a bank employee does not know the answers to my simple questions about money transfers. I just needed to open a bank account for transferring from abroad to Ukraine through the Geting Bank. I was told that only a certain card for 140 UAH is suitable for this. Then I can make online transfers from Poland to Ukraine for free. It turns out this is an action and it was valid in 2018 !!! And now it's 2021 !!! In Poland, under this card, they also opened a special card "Forgive the ambushes" and what do you think ???? Translations CANNOT be done online !!!! Only through the bank's hotline and it costs 30 PLN !!! The question is why I paid money in Ukraine for a card that I do not need. The employee gave me incorrect information. Now in Poland you need to go and change the card to another. I do not advise using the services of this bank.

Complete chaos! When paying a service fee for a visa, it is necessary to get insurance from them otherwise they will not accept payment of a service fee. I thought that this department is engaged in arbitrary lawlessness, but no! I called the bank's hotline, where they told me that it was their package service: service fee + insurance. Apparently the bank is doing very badly ... What will they think of next time? When paying utility bills will insure the apartment?

They work when they want. The bank is closed during business hours.
