Liked. Purely. It’s cozy. Available. Breakfast and generally food is normal. There is a kitchen, you can cook something for yourself. Right on the waterfront. The whole party at once.

Nice guest house. Despite the fact that it is 100 m away, the main place of all the entertainment of Berdyansk, it is absolutely quiet here. More noise from neighbors. But this already depends on the upbringing of vacationers. Friendly administration. We like it so we came a second time. There is a place for a car. Price? It may seem high, but this is the tendency of the whole Berdyansk and against the background of the rest of the proposed places to stay for rest is quite adequate. Although I repeat once again, prices throughout the city are overstated in terms of price-quality ratio. WiFi on the territory is free, but on the second floor he took it only on the balcony, and did not pull the room. As a result: WE RECOMMEND !!! Thanks to the owners and staff for the hospitality.

We rested here from 28.06 to 1.07.2018. Of the pros: - Clean, new furniture and appliances, shower without rust and mold, everything matches the photo. The floors have an ironing board and iron. - Cozy green courtyard, parking. - Excellent location, close to the sea, promenade and entertainment. Near shops / cafes / restaurants, transport stops, even from the railway station can be reached on foot. - Nice prices for such conditions and location, in comparison with other Azov resorts. - Possibility to eat at the hotel. The food was homemade, in general everything was delicious. The prices are overpriced as for me, for a salad of half a cucumber and three slices of tomato 20 UAH is strong, but the opportunity to steam with cooking and not look for where to eat is - and that's good. - In general, pleasant and helpful staff, they met halfway, settled earlier, quickly solved the issue with a clogged drain in the shower, helped with information, but: Minuses: - We clarified in advance the possibility of payment by card, i.e. through the terminal. We were told that there was such an opportunity, but upon arrival it turned out to be a whole problem. It turned out that the hotel management does not want to accept payment through the terminal (although there is one), and it is possible to pay by card only as a last resort. Payment in cash or by transfer to a Privatbank card is welcomed. We insisted on paying by card. At first, it turned out that the terminal was not working, later the girl at the reception announced that she had settled this issue. As we understood later, everyone was reprimanded for allowing us to pay by card. Guys, the 21st century is in the yard, if you already use Booking, then put up with electronic payments, it's convenient. I understand that this question is not for the staff, but for the authorities, I hope they also read the reviews. - About Booking. Booked through the Booking website with free cancellation and no prepayments. Immediately after making the reservation, they called me back from the hotel and said that I had to throw the prepayment for the first day on their card, otherwise they would not make a reservation. Ukrainian service as it is. Also, there was some confusion with the reservations and our reservation on the booking was canceled a day before arrival, without even bothering to call us in advance and clarify the details. As a result, we lost the cashback for the booking on the booking, but kept the usual booking in the telephone mode (we called ourselves). - For 3 days, the room was never cleaned, although we did not ask. - There are no mosquito nets on the windows. - Smell of sewage in the bathroom. - Poor sound insulation (namely doors, you can hear everything that happens in the corridor). - Wi-fi works very poorly, the signal is either completely absent or very weak. In general, the impressions are positive and we are happy with the rest, we will settle organizational issues and it will be just fine.
