Very dissatisfied with this bank. At first I was denied the service due to problems with the Internet. A few hours later, I approached again, standing in line for about half an hour, but they refused, based on the fact that the transaction of paying other clients' taxes is more important than paying for utilities.

The compartment is compact, but despite that the employees are polite, work quickly, there are practically no queues, they open on time. I recommend to everyone.

The department is small, tight, it is impossible to provide confidentiality to customer service.
