I ordered tours earlier and everything was great. This year I booked a tour for three people to Hoverla. A representative of the travel agency said that on the eve of the tour we will be contacted to clarify the information. Since no one called me, around the evening I contacted them myself and assured me that the tour will take place as planned, that we will be picked up at the hotel at 8 am. When no one came for us on the day of the tour, I called them again and it turned out that "the car broke down and there will be no tour" which we forgot to warn. The only solution to the problem, which we were offered to postpone the tour to the next day, also offered a discount. This option was inconvenient for us because the next day we were already driving from Yaremche. Given the large selection of travel agencies in Yaremche - an alternative was found in 10 minutes. Very unpleasantly surprised by the irresponsible attitude of this company to customers.

Services like everyone else, nothing unique. Excursion to Hoverla - do not order! Better the money that you give to the agency, spend it on a taxi and get up yourself, there is a map, there are signs on the trees - you won't get lost for sure! The guide says nothing, neither about history, nor about legends, nor about nature, nor about flora, nor about fauna - nothing! The guide does not choose an adequate pace for the group, if it will be hard for you physically or if you, God forbid, came to the Carpathians to admire the surrounding nature - this does not bother anyone! The guide goes at the pace that he planned (the main thing is to leave at the rate of 2.5 hours, although in the brochure and operators on the phone assure that the rate of rise is selected individually according to the requirements of the group). In our group, only when the girl became ill, he said ok, we will go a little slower, “please sleep, I’ll have fun tomorrow.” It's hot outside - no one else will make stops in the shady zones! According to the reviews, I know that the groups go up and down by different routes (mostly blue steep up and lighter, when the legs are already tired green down), our guide single-handedly decided, without any discussion, and back and forth in blue and still on the physical strength of the group. When we got on the minibus to go back, the whole group had one opinion - why did we drive like that? Why so fast? We didn't even have time to take a photo! VERDICT: leave early in the morning and walk yourself, as you feel comfortable, as you personally feel comfortable; while resting as long as you need and actually get up, you need to at least have time to raise your head and look at the surrounding beauty! On other excursions from this company: in other companies of the same kind they offer a more extended program for similar excursions for the same money (take brochures everywhere and compare).
