Private cottage "cozy mansion"

It is far to the lake, the prices for such conditions are inflated, the toilet is on the floor, there was no air conditioning in our room, there is no noise insulation between the rooms, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about. If possible, look for another place to rest. You can find much better and cheaper.

The terrible conditions, the idle refrigerator that caused the products to go bad, the sound insulation, the Wi-Fi was not in the room, the old TV was working once, the bathroom was in the room, but instead of the door there was a curtain, and this miracle was called the Suite. So I do not recommend not to spoil your vacation.

Went a friend and, honestly, was not very enthusiastic. I understand that everyone wants to make money. But when you become a person (you will not scream, etc.) you will have many customers.

We arrived for two days in early August - everything was busy in the area around the central beach! We found two free rooms in this hotel, and then, they did not want to rent us for such a short period, they persuaded us to rent rooms for UAH 850 for UAH 1000. What can I say .... for our 1000 UAH / day we got a cramped room on the first floor of a brick three-story building with one double bed and one single bed, with a bathroom in the room, air conditioning, an old refrigerator (which buzzes already vibrates so loudly that it turn off the first night) and an old TV. We arrived when we had just checked out of the room, cleaning the staff took about 10 minutes - it was changing the bed and washing the floor (no disinfection of the bathroom, of course). On the territory of three houses (three-storey and two two-storey) there is a public kitchen, 6 gazebos, 4 barbecue facilities, a mini playground (on which it is impossible to smell of a street toilet located nearby) and parking spaces for cars (in fact, they occupy the entire yard). Considering the difference in cost (the first day we spent the night at the "Villa Fortress Vila Fortetsya" hotel for UAH 500 / room), then, you see, we haven't heard of the service at all. You just pay for the fact that the hotel is located next to the central beach: the conditions are poor, everything is old, a mop has been put in the bathroom so that guests can clean it up themselves, there is no trash can, no soap, no soap dish, no towels, of course, there is mold in the shower between the tiles, spiders are crawling. The plumbing is old, taking a shower is torment, on the first floor there is no pressure at all, water barely flows from the rusty shower head. Communication Life there for some reason very badly catches, 3g appears only periodically and wifi (pfff 😄) - it, of course, is not. Only one thing - close to the beach, but if there is an opportunity to find something else, I would not recommend this place.

In May, the weather was great. I came to Svityaz for the weekend at the “Cozy Osobnyak” recreation center, where there is everything for a rest. Large territory with its own parking. 70 m to the lake. These are cozy rooms, Wi-Fi, a bunch of gazebos, barbecues. There are bicycles for trips in the forest, along the coast. I had a great rest.
