The office in Kryvyi Rih is the worst I have worked with in Ukraine and around the world. They are rude, call and write when it is convenient for them (early in the morning). They do not deliver to the address indicated in the TTN, but require that they go to their office after departure. SMS with the following content: "... you will not get in touch in 5 minutes, you will pick it up at the office!" How is it?!! They speak in principle the language of a national minority. They brazenly blackmail that the parcel will not be returned at all. Record the conversation without prior notice and consent of the client. When you call back, the call is dropped. Rudeness and the Soviet Union.

Polite staff, attentive attitude to customers. I was warned that my parcel might not be missed at customs, as she is specific. An hour later, I accidentally met the director of the Kryvyi Rih branch on the street, and he prompted me in which direction to move. A few days later I came with new documents. 2 hours the staff spent on solving my problem. In parallel, several clients were released during this time. They seemed to be satisfied with the service. After 3 days, my parcel was received in the USA. The price is high, but reliability was important to me in this case.
