Good afternoon. Recently I have been using your taxi service. I made 10 trips in a short period of time. I like everything, especially the prices. But there is one very important remark !!! During all these trips, not a single driver wore a mask. We have an epidemic and the driver of your service is so negligent about it. With such a situation as now, when every day of sick people more and more you begin to think about how safe it is to use your services when the driver does not adhere to the elementary norms of protecting himself and passengers. I hope you will take action and this will not happen again!

I used Bolt's taxi service twice today. The cars are normal, the drivers are young and adequate. The cost was, as indicated in the application, no one deducted a tip from my change, as is often the case in another taxi service. So far there are no complaints, everything is fine.
