In addition to the church in Budilov was a church built by the nobleman of Ternopil in 1855, destroyed in 1984. It had a wonderful organ and the choir sang there. Worship services were held in the church, which were attended not only by Poles but also by Ukrainians. In Budylov during the service in the parish of Fr. Yuri Chubaty was created "Brotherhood of Sobriety." For his efforts, a fire pump was purchased and the first fire brigade was formed from retired soldiers, which later became the basis of the Sich society. In 1896 he founded the Prosvita reading room and organized a branch of the Dniester fire brigade in the village, based in Lviv, as opposed to the Polish Florianka society. The architecture of the temple is also unique. It is built in the form of a rotunda, which had ancient Greek tolos, some ancient Roman temples (Pantheon). In the Ternopil region such a temple is the only one. Crosses dating from the 16th to the 17th century have been preserved on the territory of the church: in honor of the abolition of serfdom in 1848, at the burial place of Father Ivan Pogoretsky in 1787. In 2010, during the dismantling of the old throne, real treasures were found: a gilded monstrance, three crosses, figures of Christ and the Virgin, a capsule with the names of donors and temple builders. The former pastor Fr. Roman Deacon to save them from destruction by the Soviet authorities. During the renovation of the church utility room, the image of "Jesus Christ in an embroidered shirt" was found. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that Jesus is depicted in an embroidered red and black color - the colors of the UPA flag. The image of "Christ in an embroidered shirt" chronologically dates back to the 1930s, they were created to raise national consciousness, patriotism and faith in the indestructibility of the UGCC. But, unfortunately, such images have not survived to this day, because it was too dangerous to keep them in homes. Therefore, this finding is very valuable and unique.
