It was just a nightmare holiday !!! Booked a trip to Sharm El Sheikh for three for 10 days. In connection with the quarantine, there were many fears and worries .. But the manager (Sumy, Gorky St., 5-a) assured that everything would be cool and did not give a specific answer to the question that if suddenly someone was sick .. And it happened. Upon arrival, my husband's test showed a positive result and we were isolated from the outside world in a separate building in different rooms (I also had a little daughter with me). All 10 days we waited for the solution of the problem from the agency and the tour operator, for which we received sad smiles. Smilies cost 45 thousand UAH (this is the cost of the tour). For ten days my daughter and I sat in the room, although the agency claimed that the hotel had no right to close us, but no one helped us in resolving the issue. Therefore, be careful and get ready for the fact that when the money ends up in the hands of the manager of the travel agency, you tourists will be left on your own ..

When choosing a tour, they give incorrect information about the hotel. When recommending a hotel as a youth hotel, it turns out quite the opposite: there are many people of retirement age, and foreigners.
