Hotel entrance is at the back. We saw the sign at the top of a building, went in but a lady told to walk down the street and she said "three". We got confused as the lady who told us don't speak English and we ended up walking all the way up the road for 40 minutes, wondering what the 3 she said meant. Only later to find out she was actually telling us to go to the back of this building and go up to the third floor. The room itself was nice and quite comfy. Walls are a bit thin as we can hear noisy guests next door. Location was good. In the bedroom there's a kettle, fridge, microwave, plates, cups etc. Water pressure is quite weak. Also, this hotel couldn't or refuse to help us print our bus tickets! Why? Even if we have to pay a small fee, a hotel should provide a simple black and white printing service for their guests. It's called convenience! Please improve some services especially for foreign guests. We were told to have printed tickets to board the buses in Ukraine. The reception is always locked but you have lady cleaners around all the time. No english. Despite having a PC at the reception, they can't help to print a simple document. People that checked us in was nice enough, one small guy can speak a bit of English but the rest of the staff (cleaners) are quite cold and not helpful at all.

Prices were okay, but it feels like a place where you'd take your secret lover during a lunch break :)

Very good and not expensive hotel, the only downside is no elevator.
