I had to look for workarounds, and, given that all ATMs have a limit on withdrawals from other people's cards in the amount of UAH 1000, I had to sweat a lot. But the bank itself is generally good)

I do not recommend this department, the staff first of all solves their problems, runs to the back room with colleagues, and you expect 15-20 minutes, while there are no other visitors, there is no queue, you just sit and wait for a replacement card to be issued. As a result, issuing my card took 2-3min. And why the staff are not masked？ although the bank's customers must be masked.
