Oschadbank

Definitely the WORST SOVIET bank group in Ukraine, on every branch without exception. RACIST, Xenophobic, Insulting, Arrogant, Hateful, Unwelcoming, Impolite, Unkind, Unsmiling, Ugly, very STUPID SOVIET staff ALL. We Foreigners have ONLY a choice to go to foreign capital bank groups, especially Raiffeisen Bank Aval or Ukrsibbank group both are fairly excellent for even foreign Customers! Still very very very very too far away from our Western mentality. Different kinds of human beings here around.

I was furious when I came to Oschadbank on another question (08/18/2020). The administrator sits and spits at the ceiling, there is no banal smile on her face to please the client, who for the fifth time tells her that she should help speed up the checkout, because soon the "sanitary hour": the girl got up, stood at the checkout, looked at clock, sat back at the counter and absolutely did not say anything to the client. I was outraged by the service itself. If you ask one of the "operators" to help, then people stand next to the terminal or ATM as if they are not forbidden to stand there, but are threatened with dismissal if an employee suddenly decides to help. Open the right category, do not yell at the client when he absolutely does not understand anything about the "newfangled" technique. If it is easy for you, it does not mean that it is easy for others. The administrator herself, if she does not help at all, then the manager at the table behaves arrogantly and arrogantly, as if we must come here again and again. If there is a choice between some banks, then I will not dare to recommend Oschadbank again.

Terrible office and terrible staff !!!! Serves for a long time. We waited for the operator for 45 minutes. The elderly woman became ill. Nobody even offered a glass of water. Not to mention serving an elderly person out of line. They demand to put on masks and the COCKROACHES themselves run around the department. HORROR!!! WHERE TO SEE THE MANUAL !!!

the girl at the first table near the window is generally null !!! Why take these from the street to work ????? she is not able to answer a single question !!
