They say that the bus is there, you wait for it for 2 hours, but it is not there and he did not leave for the flight at all. The review is more likely to the management than to the station employees. In your opinion, is it normal to start a minibus for 20 people when 50-100 people need to go? For example, khorol, petrivtsi. Why do people have to queue 3 hours in advance to leave, and those who did not have time to wait another half day? And those who did not have time to leave are generally forced to walk, catch a ride, and so on?
