They are not professionals. Just want your money. Clearly don't know what customer service is. Avoid those scams.

Rented Honda Civic for 2 months with this company. Overall bad service, they didn't behave professionally. They only think how to charge you more and don't care about their client. Won't be renting again with them

Bad experience bad Servise I got stuck in the way got no Servise during the weekend I rent the Tesla car. They offer me help but always to shut me down. When they took the Tesla car and tried to charge it they told me something wrong with battery made me come back with taxi asked for the car even tho they took the keys and the car in Uman since I couldn’t proceed. They took deposit and said to me why I didn’t brought the car with me even tho the keys and the place of the car is unknown. Be careful they tried to take me 3000 usd which I left as a deposit.

Idk about the negative reviews - as of June 2020, the people working here are very professional and customer service oriented. Even got a discount the second time. No problems renting with a US license

Ordered one model for next day, after not picking up phone contact, got a Viber reply, 4 with hours later with a counter offer, with a better car, agreed believing it was a good deal, but on pickup, price and deposit informed on viber was wrong, no mention about extra charge for collecting after 7pm (They refuse to receive card or bank transfer, even from local bank accounts), Very expensive cost per extra KM, not full insured. Requested to extend for a 3rd day, I was out of town, they said i had to do in person, PAYING CASH ONLY at office same day. Obviously i gave up, returned car more than an hour ahead of time, no one responsible on spot, got requested to wait more than an hour for the manager, what I refused but my DOLLAR CASH DEPOSIT was there, so i left and wait on a cafe nearby. Manager returns and starts to make noses that i would have scratched an already scratched car pretending to be nice to me, extra mileage charge comes and i ask if the same $15 dollars for late pickup could be applied as a discount as i had to wait for them, but they didn't. Megarent kyiv it's a scam, do not waste your time.
