I decided to get a card with cashback ... I applied on the website, they called, they said come, get it. I arrived, already at the department I found out that they approved a credit limit of UAH 0. But the question was in the cashback, the representative of the bank Ekaterina said that the cashback is only for credit funds, and for hers only for the category, which I would hardly use. Now the question arises, why did I skate for 1.5 hours, when everything could be said over the phone, and they called me, but did not say a word about their decision. Bottom line ... I do not recommend this bank for cooperation. Spent another hour installing the app and submitting documents. The bank is definitely not aimed at cooperation with the client and raising working capital.

Today, Saturday, 11.04.2020 I decided to withdraw from the ATM, the PKO card the hryvnia ... indicated 1500gr .... returned the card and issued the check EXCEEDED LIMIT, the second operation indicating 1000gr .... the transaction did not pass the check and spat out the card but I didn’t managed to pick it up as a bonkamat swallowed it and ???? I called the IDEA BANKY hotline, the girl comfortingly advised me to call the Polish Bank and block the card, but they won’t give this card to me, when I collect it with the collectors, they will use the card like that? There is money on the card, the card is still valid in terms of time .... they were left without money and did not buy quarantined products.

I issued a credit card. For a long time this happens to them. With the conditions, not everything is clear, approximately like everyone else. Internet banking is no what and where spent it is impossible to understand. There is no smartphone app at all. How cashback is credited is a mystery. Then, when the card came to replenish - the cashier did not work, the next day, the queue was huge. On the third day, I managed to replenish the card. There is no desire to use further. For changing the PIN code at an ATM 5 UAH is required). Privatbank, Monobank is much better if you need a credit card.
